Delivery
Your pair is handmade, just for you, after you place your order. It will be ready in 7 to 20 days. This way we avoid overproduction: we don't make more than what's needed, we make what deserves to exist. Waiting is also part of having it.
Exchanges
We accept size exchanges, but no returns: each pair is unique and never repeated. The first return shipment is on us. If you need a second exchange, the shipping cost will be yours.

Our shoe last is true to size: your size is equivalent to the length of your foot in centimeters.
If your foot measures 24 cm, order 24. If you are a half size, order the next full size up.
For example, if you are a 24 and a half, it's best to order 25.
